How do I acquire image files?

Visit our "How To" page

Do I have to use the verses that are shown?

No, these verses are suggestions in case you are not sure what to say. However, if you have a special sentiment imprinted, you can enter your own verse during checkout.

How do I upload my files

When you place your order, you will have the opportunity to upload on the order page. If you do not have your files available at time of ordering, you can come back to our website and select the UPLOAD FILES tab. You can use a photo taken with your phone, a scanned document, or an audio file/voicemail.

What size are the art prints and is a frame included?

Frame is not included, which allows you to choose one that fits your home and style. You will receive a 5x7 print and an 8x10 mat.

Do you make any changes to images?

 Many files arrive with shadows, background text, or low contrast. I use specialized software to gently clean and enhance your image so we end up with a crisp black-and-white design that
will print beautifully.

We will use our experience and best judgement to select the area that
provides the best detail and captures the essence of your loved one.

If we ever feel your file won’t create a good result, we will reach out before moving forward. 

Will I receive a digital proof to approve?

Yes, you will receive a digital proof for approval before anything is printed.

Production Time:

Because each piece is made to order,
production typically takes approximately 10 business days (may vary during
Holidays), plus shipping time. If you’re hoping to receive it by a specific
date, please reach out before ordering and I’ll let you know what may be
possible



Can you remake or reorder a piece later using the same file? 

In most cases, yes. I keep your cleaned,
ready-to-imprint file on hand for future orders, so you can request additional
pieces for family members or a different style later on. Just mention that
you’ve ordered before and we’ll connect your new order to your existing file.

Packaging

Each piece arrives in a rigid, stay flat mailer for safe shipping. If you’re sending
it directly to a recipient, you can add a short gift note at checkout, and I’ll include it with your order.
