How do I upload my files?

When you place your order, you will have the opportunity to upload on the
order page. If you do not have your files available at time of ordering, you
can come back to our website and select the UPLOAD FILES tab.

If you ever have trouble, you can also email your files to us and we’ll link

How long can the recording be?

Short clips work best, just a few seconds. If you send a longer file, I can help isolate the most meaningful section.

What type of files are acceptable?

.mp3, .wav, .m4a

Production Time

Because each piece is made to order, production typically takes approximately 10
business days (may vary during Holidays), plus shipping time. If you’re hoping
to receive it by a specific date, please reach out before ordering and I’ll let you know what may be possible.



Can you remake or reorder a piece later using the same file? 

In most cases, yes. I keep your cleaned, ready-to-engrave file on hand for
future orders, so you can request additional pieces for family members or a
different style later on. Just mention that you’ve ordered before and we’ll
connect your new order to your existing file.

Is your jewelry gift-ready?

Yes. Each piece arrives gift-ready in our
branded keepsake box with a jewelry pouch and product card. If you’re sending
it directly to a recipient, you can add a short gift note at checkout, and I’ll
include it with your order.
