How do I upload my files?

When you place your order, you will have the opportunity to upload on the order page. If you do not have your files available at time of ordering, you can come back to our website and select the UPLOAD FILES tab. You can use a photo taken with your phone, a scanned document, or an audio file/voicemail.

If you ever have trouble, you can also email your files to us and we’ll link them to your order. Our email is AdornDesignsJewelry@gmail.com

Will I be able to feel the imprint?

We have perfected our process to recreate your loved ones' fingerprints. This process provides a deep impression which allows you to feel every intricate detail of the imprint.

Do you make changes to the image files?

Many files arrive with shadows, background text, or low contrast. I use
specialized software to gently clean and enhance your image or soundwave so we
end up with a crisp black-and-white design that will engrave beautifully.

If we ever feel your file won’t create a good result, we will reach out before moving forward. 

How do you select the imprint area?

We will use our experience and best judgement to select the area that
provides the best detail and captures the essence of your loved one.

Can you add engraving on the reverse/back side?

In many cases, yes. Depending on the design, I can add a name, date, or
short phrase on the back. Space is
limited, so simple engravings often work best. If you’re unsure, send me a

Is your jewelry gift-ready?

Yes. Each piece arrives gift-ready in our branded keepsake box with a jewelry pouch and product card. If you’re sending it directly to a recipient, you can add a short gift note at checkout, and I’ll include it with your order.

Can you remake or reorder a piece later using the same file?

In most cases, yes. I keep your cleaned, ready-to-engrave file on hand for future orders, so you can request additional pieces for family members or a different style later on. Just mention that you’ve ordered before and we’ll connect your new order to your existing file.

Production Time

Because each piece is made to order, production typically takes approximately 10 business days (may vary during Holidays), plus shipping time. If you’re hoping to receive it by a specific date, please reach out before ordering and I’ll let you know what may be possible.
