Bracelet Resizing

1.  Within 24 hours you will receive a printable US Postal Service (USPS) Ground Advantage label addressed to Adorn-Designs. PLEASE  WATCH FOR THIS MESSAGE from Adorn Designs Jewelry.  

2. Package your bracelet for return and affix the USPS label.  Drop your package in any US Postal Service collection box.  We suggest you ship your bracelet in the original box (if available) and place in a well-padded envelope to avoid any damage in shipment. Make note of your USPS tracking number so you can monitor its progress in the postal system.

3. We are not able to re-use your existing leather and closure, so we will make a new bracelet sized according to your instructions on this order.  YOUR EXISTING FINGERPRINT BEAD WILL BE PLACED ON YOUR NEW BRACELET..  

4. Adorn-Designs will ship the re-sized bracelet to the address listed on the order via USPS Ground Advantage.

Estimated processing time is 5-7 working days after receipt of your bracelet plus transit time.
